■ Permission Policy (Important)

I do not provide individual permissions for the use of my works.

Therefore, I generally do not respond to inquiries regarding:

Use as social media icons or headers
Personal use (e.g., wallpapers)
Secondary use or modifications
General questions about whether use is allowed

※ All of the above are not permitted.

■ Fan Works (Derivative Works) — Limited Permission

Fan works based on my original works are allowed only within a personal, non-commercial, or minimal-profit scope.

■ Acceptable Range (Guidelines)
Doujinshi or small merchandise distribution
→ Up to approx. JPY 100,000 in total revenue per work
Small-scale sales (e.g., BOOTH, events)
→ Up to approx. 100 copies
Posting on SNS / FANBOX / Skeb, etc.
→ Only when my works are not the primary content

■ Requirements

The following must be observed:

Clearly state that it is a “fan work”
Credit the original work (my work)
No false claims of authorship
Avoid any presentation that could be mistaken as official

■ Prohibited (Even for Fan Works)

The following are not allowed:

Continuous or large-scale profit-making
(e.g., exceeding ~JPY 100,000 / commercial distribution / corporate involvement)
Mass production or made-to-order merchandise
Works close to tracing or direct asset reuse
Content that significantly harms the original work’s value or impression

※ Any use beyond these limits will be considered commercial use and treated as unauthorized.

※ I generally do not provide individual judgments for borderline cases.

■ On Characters, Narrative, and Authorship

The characters, relationships, worldbuilding, narrative structure, and the perspective through which they are expressed are central to my creative work.

Because of this, I would appreciate your consideration in avoiding uses that strongly rely on these elements, such as:

Reusing character settings, relationships, or world concepts
Creating works that closely follow the narrative structure or core concept
Using these elements for AI training or generation
Publishing works that may be perceived as closely resembling or associated with my work

These aspects are important to how I create, and I ask that they be treated with care.

■ Orphan Works Exception

My works are actively managed and do not qualify as “orphan works.”

They are not subject to the orphan works system defined by the
Agency for Cultural Affairs.

Any use based on such claims is not permitted.
Infringements will be addressed regardless of the reasoning.

■ Response to Unauthorized Use

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Unauthorized use or reposting (commercial or non-commercial)
Tracing or imitation for publication or sale
Modification, redistribution, or resale
Commercialization (including merchandise, NFTs, etc.)

If violations are confirmed, I may take the following actions:

Request removal
Claim damages
Seek recovery of unjust profits

For malicious or commercial cases,
a minimum claim of JPY 300,000–1,000,000 per case may apply.

Legal action may be taken with professional support if necessary.

■ AI / Machine Learning

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

Use in AI training datasets (including machine learning / deep learning)
Input into generative AI systems
Dataset collection, distribution, or publication
Any use intended to generate similar works

No AI-related use is permitted under any circumstances.
